Working Worlds will this time feature jobs and open its doors to all three Benelux countries. Some of the biggest employers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg will be in attendance to interview eager candidates for their very real life job positions. Working Worlds first used this new form of recruitment in Second Life at the end of last year. There were more than 2000 visitors, 1500 candidates who registered their CV and 300 interviews that took place. For real life companies to come in world and to achieve that with their first job fair made Working Worlds an overnight success. Working Worlds proves that Second Life is a way not only to socialize on a personal level globally but Second Life remains a springboard of opportunities with no limits of what can be accomplished here.

The Working Worlds sim is full of job opportunities in the areas of finance, information technology and telecommunications, industry and commerce. The Career Fair is the most efficient solution currently available to these companies to reach beyond territorial limits and it does not require prospective employees to travel. You can sit in the comfort of your own home and attend an actual interview for the job of your dreams. Cornelia den Hartog, Managing Director of Gax Technologies and organizer of the Career Fair, is entirely convinced that this form of recruitment is less stressful for potential employees because, "They can present themselves much more confidently and feel less intimidated by the interview process."
