There is also a volunteer form that all you eager volunteers can fill out and send right from the website. They will need various types of volunteers with all skills to help with the event. So if you can attend the event in person get to that site and fill out your registration information and your volunteer information. Don't worry if you cannot attend you are still needed in-world to help with the event so go to the website and sign up right now!
